Rosie Huntington-Whiteley was born on April 18, 1987, in Plymouth, Devon, England. Her mother, Fiona, is a fitness instructor, and her father, Charles, is a chartered surveyor. She has two brothers, Toby and Oscar.
Huntington-Whiteley attended Tavistock College. After being scouted by a modeling agent at age 16, she began modeling. She has said that her parents were supportive of her career choice, but that they were not happy when she had to leave school to pursue it.
