The Rock family relocated to Crown Heights, Brooklyn, New York shortly after Chris’ birth. He began performing stand-up comedy in local nightclubs and bars during his teenage years. Rock graduated from the High School of Television and Radio Arts in New York and attended enrolled at the University of New York at Brockport.
